CTT takes you on the trails.
The SVA / 593 trail is an ancient route that leads to the Marian sanctuary of the Madonna of Montenero and continues up to the Telegrafo, where it ends at the AV5T Trail. The trail starts as a stone-paved path heading east from the village of Riomaggiore and follows the Rio Major stream. After 800 meters, the trail crosses the coastal road SP370. After another 200 meters, the trail turns right onto a staircase and continues southwest for 1 kilometer until reaching the Montenero Sanctuary at 340 meters above sea level.
