CTT takes you onto the trails.

Trail No. 507 is one of the two vertical trails that connect Vernazza to the AV5T. It is the shorter and steeper of the two. The trail starts about 300 meters from Vernazza’s main street, off the SVA Trail heading toward Corniglia. The trail begins on steps, passing through prickly pears and Mediterranean scrub with a view of Vernazza. The single track alternates between dirt path and irregular steps, continuing steeply, with many exposed sections, and a view of the sea below. After 700 meters, the trail goes through cultivated vineyards, flattens out, and turns right onto a dirt road. The next kilometer is relatively flat on farmland until Sella di Comeneco, where the trail crosses the provincial road and then continues on a single track to the San Bernardino hamlet. Trail markers on parts of this section are barely visible. In San Bernardino, there is a small bar for refreshments and a fountain near the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie. From the church’s square, you get a beautiful view of Corniglia.
