Trail No. 591C is a steep trail connecting Trail No. 591 at Colla di Gritta to the AV5T trail, just south of Monte Crocettola. The trail begins about 100 meters from the junction of Trail No. 591 and Provincial Road SP38 (towards Monterosso), heading in the direction of Il Termine. After an initial near-vertical section, Trail No. 591C levels out to a moderate grade, winding continuously through a mixed forest of pine, holm oak, strawberry tree, and chestnut. It consists entirely of singletrack, featuring a few areas of exposed rock and some sections running through a sunken path.
